These terms set out the rules for using Linky AI, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you as a member.

Agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Linky AI covering your access to linke-ai.net and any companion chat features offered through it.
Acceptance of terms
By using Linky AI you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the site immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Linky AI. Accounts belonging to minors are prohibited and will be closed.
Description of the service
Linky AI offers entertainment-oriented conversation with fictional AI companions. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
Fictional nature
All companions on Linky AI are invented characters and all images are generated. Nothing on the site should be interpreted as depicting a real person.
No professional advice
Conversations on Linky AI are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
Account responsibility
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
Accurate information
You agree that any information you supply to Linky AI is accurate and that you will keep it up to date while your account remains active.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Linky AI lawfully and respectfully, and not to use it in a manner that could damage, disable or impair the service.
Prohibited content
You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or that involves minors in any context whatsoever.
No harassment
Attempts to harass other users, our staff, or to misuse reporting and support channels are grounds for immediate termination of access.
Security restrictions
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Linky AI systems, probe for vulnerabilities, or circumvent any access controls.
Automated access
Scraping, crawling for reuse, or the use of bots and automated scripts against Linky AI is not permitted without our written consent.
Intellectual property
The Linky AI name, design, text, imagery, code and character profiles are protected and remain the property of Linky AI or its licensors.
Limited licence
You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view and use Linky AI in accordance with these terms.
User submissions
You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you grant Linky AI the rights needed to process and store it in order to operate the service.
Content moderation
We may review, filter or remove content that appears to breach these terms, and we may suspend access while a review is carried out.
Third-party services
Linky AI may rely on or link to third-party services. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Fees and billing
Basic access to Linky AI is offered free of charge. Where paid features exist, their price and billing cycle are shown before you confirm any purchase.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, amounts paid for digital features on Linky AI are non-refundable once the relevant feature has been made available.
Cancellation
You may stop using Linky AI at any time. Where a recurring plan exists, cancellation prevents further renewals but does not refund the current period.
Service availability
Linky AI is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, updates or technical incidents may interrupt access without prior notice.
Changes to the service
We may add, modify or discontinue features of Linky AI, including individual companions, at our discretion and without liability to you.
Disclaimer of warranties

Severability and updates
